    Concrete overlay or resurfacing products have been around for many decades but the past two decades in particular have lead to advancements in polymer emulsion composition and blends that when mixed with the correct ratios of white cement, various silica quartz aggregates and other components create permanent, not temporary coatings. These coatings are generally installed from 1/16" up to 3/8" thick, with some applications even exceeding that thickness.
